This seminar shows you how to take inventory of current assets & determine how much income you may need during retirement. How to structure retirement plan distributions to best suit your personal needs will also be covered.

Come & discuss the reasons for menu planning & how to plan a menu with Beth Randall. Quick, healthy menu ideas will be highlighted along with creating lunches for school children. Organizing your recipes, pantry, grocery shopping & couponing will also be addressed.

Helper Dog Demonstration
